Local Rules

  1. The league's code of conduct rules will be strictly enforced. Please remind all players, fans, and coaches to follow them. We will follow the West Texas Fastpitch Disciplinary Policies for any violation. Please read through the code of conduct and West Texas Fastpitch Discipline policies at the bottom of the page to understand the leagues expectations. 
  2.  Participants must follow all City of Amarillo rules at all times. Any violations are grounds for suspension from any West Texas Fastpitch event. 
  3.  All coaches that are on the field or in the dugout, must submit and pass the background check, complete the coach education/rules interpretation clinic. Coaches will be given ID cards once they have met the coaching requirements. Coaches must have their ID cards with them in order to be on the field. Any coach that is found to not be in compliance, could be suspended. 
  4.  A player cannot just quit a team and go to another league team during the season. If an issue comes up, please notify the league. 
  5. We will follow USSSA National rules. Please see the links below for the local age division rules and USSSA rule book.
