Requirements & Info
Individuals interested in becoming an umpire for West Texas Fastpitch must consent to a Criminal Background Check prior to being approved to officiate. Individuals interested in becoming an umpire are considered Independent Contractors and will be required to complete the Contract Labor Form and W9 Form. Officials earning over $600 in a calendar year will receive a Form 1099-NEC for tax reporting purposes.
West Texas Fastpitch umpires must clear the background check, fill out and submit the ACH and W9 form to wtxfastpitchsoftball@gmail.com.
