Information for Parents

Established Team

If your athlete is part of an established team, you will receive an email from West Texas Fastpitch once your coach has completed the team enrollment.  Once you receive your registration link, you will be prompted to complete the registration for your athlete. You will need to upload a copy of your child's birth certificate at this time.

Non-Established Team

If your athlete is NOT a member of an established 8U-14U team, you may enroll your child as a free agent here.

 Coaches who have openings for their teams may contact parents from the information provided. We encourage you to check our facebook page for teams who may be having tryouts.

6U Draft Players

We will be having a 6U draft divison this Spring. Click on the link to register your child.

Texas panhandle youth sports foundation refund policy

Parent or Guardian must request a refund IN WRITING via an email to westtexasfastpitch@gmail.com. The written request must contain the player's name, LEAGUE AGE, and the reason for the refund request. 

A refund of 100% of the registration will be refunded, if requested before the end of registration on 3/3/24. 

THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS after registration closes. Rosters will be set, and uniforms ordered.
