We will have a Coaches meeting on March 25th at Southwest Amarillo Public Library located at 6801 SW 45th Ave. starting at 5:30 p.m.
The coaches will receive their teams league uniforms, and we will discuss league information at this time. We will need at least one coach from each team to attend this meeting.

This season, coaches will be required to register their team and manually add players to the roster.
Information needed: Athlete's first & last name, Athlete's birthdate, Parent email. Additional coaches will be registered along with your athletes at this time.

In order to ensure league jerseys are ready to distribute at the coaches meeting on March 25th, we need ALL players added to rosters and registered to obtain the correct jersey sizes.

Encourage parents to get their athlete's registered via the link in the email from West Texas Fastpitch.
Once all players have registered, you will submit your roster.
